I can’t believe it’s been a few years since I’ve posted free botanical prints. It feels good to get back at it. If you’re wondering what these free printables are all about I’ll give a little explanation. These botanical images came from the Annales de la Société Entomologique de France, which is one of the oldest entomology journals in the world. I pulled them from BiodiversityLibrary.org. Because this art was created in the 1800’s or early 1900’s the copyright has expired. I do not claim credit for creating this beautiful artwork, only for editting, color correcting, and resizing them to fit standard size printer paper. I have two sets below.
I’ve shared this image in a post in the past, but I think it really applies to these printables so I’m sharing it again. I loved the show the Good Wife. I think I loved the decor in Alicia’s apartment as much as the content of the show:). The bright colors and large scaled floral images in this journal reminded me of the botanical prints I loved from this show, so I decided to pull a grouping together. There are 44 below to choose from.

They have been sized into 8×10 inch images and 11×14 inch images. The 8×10 images are sized to print on standard 8.5×11 inch letter size paper. The 11×14 images are sized to be printed on 11×17 inch ledger paper. They are available in both jpeg and pdf files.
